Every day, everywhere, I can take care of my health and well-being by taking simple, practical steps.

OneHealth supports me with the "Personify Health" application, giving me advice and the right things to do to stay dynamic and fulfilled. This helps me to stay in top shape at every stage of my life.

By adopting healthy habits, such as incorporating active breaks into my day, eating a balanced diet and practising breathing exercises, I can improve my concentration, reduce my stress and increase my energy.

I can also take part in individual health and well-being challenges and invite my colleagues to join me in collective challenges. I feel more motivated, which allows me to take full advantage of my moments of relaxation and all my activities.

I take care of myself with the well-being app. It offers personalized advice on how to improve my health. I can configure my space according to my interests and availability, and set tailor-made goals and challenges. Thanks to this application, I can increase my physical activity and improve my diet and sleep.

The Personify Health app lets me synchronize my connected tools (sports apps, connected watch, Apple Health, Samsung Health etc.) and easily enjoy all health and wellness content from my smartphone.

After registering and creating my username and password, I access the Personify Health application on my smartphone. I define my goals according to my interests, complete my well-being questionnaire and access the tools on offer (Sleep and Nutrition guides, challenges, videos, webinars, etc.).
