Renault offers Social Services support to employees on several fronts, ensuring care, guidance and direction for the most delicate situations that may arise. Below are the activities of Social Services:

Monitoring and guidance for employees on leave due to the INSS;
Referrals to company benefits and resources;
Referrals to the social assistance network;
Emergency care and monitoring of employees and/or family members in critical situations;
Care, guidance and monitoring in the event of death - employee or family member;
Preparation of statistical instruments, monitoring and evaluation of the service;
Preparation of reports, reports and social opinions;
Providing qualified listening and mediating in cases of internal conflicts, in partnership with HR BPs;
Interdisciplinary discussion and referrals.
