When you log on for the first time, make sure you connect the Personify Health application to your existing activity tracker on your mobile (Apple Health, Samsung Health, Fitbit, Strava etc.) or your connected watch. This way, in real time, my number of steps appears on the application, and the general ranking of my colleagues is updated. If you can't find the application linked to your watch, make sure that the information is transmitted from your watch to your tracker such as Apple Health or Samsung Health.
The data, hosted by the Personify Health supplier on servers based in the EU, is not transmitted to Renault Group or any other third party, in accordance with the "RGPD" standards in force in the company, and the contract is subject to the procedures of the Group Purchasing Department and to the approval of our "Data Privacy Officers".
The consent forms with the use of the Personify Health application can be consulted directly on the registration page, before submitting your agreement.
The digital physical and mental health check-up provides you with a personalised report enabling you to identify any risk factors and take action to eliminate or reduce them.
Yes, by using the secure external platform, the answers to the questions and the final report remain completely confidential and will not be sent to your employer or the occupational physician at your establishment. However, we invite you to share the report with your healthcare professionals.
The digital check-up is an essential first step. If any risks are identified during my digital check-up, OneHealth will automatically suggest, via a dedicated button, a physical check-up by appointment, with more targeted examinations. All you have to do is follow the process, which will be sent to you by email by our supplier (MSH International).
When you make an appointment after the digital assessment, you will be asked to provide your contact details and your location. You will then receive an email indicating the available centre(s) close to your work site. We work with the supplier to regularly expand the network and ensure optimum coverage.
The cost is borne by Renault Group as part of its global OneHealth programme. So you pay nothing.
No, the employee is asked to take at least half a day's leave (or RTT), with the approval of their manager, in order to be available for the physical check-up.

During this initial contact, the psychologist will carry out an assessment of the situation, which will enable him or her to provide you with the best possible support and offer you the appropriate help.
Depending on the situation, he or she can offer you immediate help and, if further help is needed, refer you to a specialist in the field concerned (clinical therapist, addictologist, social worker, lawyer, etc.).
Yes, this service is free for you. You don't have to pay anything up front, as the service is paid for by your employer.
The service can also include up to 6 sessions per theme and per year, by telephone, in person in the office and/or by video.
Employees of Renault Group companies and all members of their household can benefit free of charge from the psychological assistance and counselling programme.
Yes, no identity or discussion content will be shared with the company, and the company will only have access to data that has been compiled and anonymised for statistical purposes.
When the call is made, a voice message will indicate that the caller can refuse to have the conversation recorded, and that the message can be played at the beginning of the call to speed up the contact.
