Carried out every two years, this check-up may trigger additional check-ups or physical examinations, depending on my state of health and if I'm over 45.
If risks are identified during the digital assessment, OneHealth will automatically offer me, via a dedicated button, a physical assessment by appointment, with more targeted tests.
This free and confidential physical assessment is provided by healthcare professionals from our partner network, who will help me better understand my situation and take preventive action to avoid potential long-term complications.
