Employee Benefits Overview
Employee benefits are managed through the Benify portal, which provides easy access and handles all related administrative tasks.
Wellness Allowance
Employees are entitled to an annual wellness allowance of up to 2,000 SEK, in line with Swedish Tax Agency guidelines. To receive reimbursement, expenses must be submitted via Benify with a valid receipt (including VAT) by 31 December of the respective year. Unused funds do not carry over. The allowance is prorated based on employment duration within the calendar year and is also applicable during parental leave. Additionally, employees have access to VOLT Gym.
Eye Examination and Terminal Glasses
Employees who require glasses for computer work (“terminal glasses”) may be reimbursed. An eye examination must confirm the need for such glasses. The company covers standard frames up to 2,000 SEK (subject to manager approval), while any additional cost is paid by the employee. Reimbursement is requested via the standard expense procedure with a receipt.
